Red Deer D.R.I.V.E. Economic Development Association, in partnership with the City of Red Deer, Tourism Red Deer, Westerner Park, and the Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce, is inviting qualified creative agencies to submit proposals for developing a unified brand value proposition and creative strategy for Red Deer as Canada's Centre of Opportunity. We're looking for a partner to help us tell a compelling, shared story of our region's economic momentum, talent, and quality of life, with a public launch targeted for early 2027.
