Currently the CEO of the Red Deer District Chamber of Commerce, Frank Creasey is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across economic development, governance, and organizational strategy. Having held senior roles, including CEO and Managing Director, he has consistently led complex organizations with accountability for strategic planning, financial oversight, and sustainable growth to deliver meaningful economic outcomes. 

Frank brings expertise in strategic visioning, business planning, and governance. He has worked extensively with Boards to modernize governance practices, strengthen fiscal stewardship, and implement performance frameworks that demonstrate long-term delivery of key strategic goals. His experience includes risk oversight and stakeholder alignment to advance regional competitiveness and investment attraction. 

A proven leader in non-profit and cross-sector environments, Frank enables collaborative partnerships between government, industry, and community stakeholders.
