Don Oszli, FCPA, brings over thirty years of experience in public accounting, economic development, and community service. Since 1990, Don has worked as a Partner and Managing Partner at Pivotal LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, leading a range of financial and operational activities for clients. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and several professional designations, including Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Don’s experience on boards and committees highlights his involvement in regional and provincial initiatives. He currently serves as the Alberta Chambers of Commerce representative on the Power & Natural Gas Consumers Panel and as a member of the City of Red Deer Audit Committee. In addition, Don served on the City of Red Deer Ad Hoc Economic Development Committee. He has also chaired or contributed to committees with the Red Deer Chamber of Commerce, Parkland CLASS, and the Red Deer Regional Airport Authority. His board service includes roles with the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame, Travel Alberta, and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
Don's background in governance, financial oversight, and organizational administration prepares him for the role of Director with the Red Deer D.R.I.V.E Economic Development Corporation. He is familiar with the economic challenges and opportunities in Central Alberta and values a collaborative approach to supporting growth and innovation in the region.
