Curtis Boutellier

My name is Curtis Bouteiller, and I have been actively involved since the initial presentation to City Council regarding the Capstone land development—an effort that encouraged the City to modernize its approach to economic development in Red Deer. Economic development is a strong personal passion of mine, which led me to put my name forward for the Economic Development Ad‑Hoc Committee, where I was selected to serve. I am now currently a member of the temporary Board of Red Deer Drive.

I am a shareholder and the Chief Operating Officer of Proform Concrete Services, a family‑owned Red Deer business celebrating its 50th year. Over the years, I have contributed to numerous non‑profit and industry boards, including:

• Board of Directors, Red Deer Construction Association (1997–2001)

• Board of Directors, Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association (1999–2005)

• Board of Directors, Alberta Construction Safety Association (1997–2005)

• Chairman, Alberta Construction Safety Association (2004)

• Board of Directors, Concrete Alberta (2007–Present)

• Board of Directors, Concrete Council of Canada (2013–2018)

• Red Deer County Police Advisory Committee (2014–2015)

Red Deer is at a pivotal moment. Red Deer Drive can help define the city’s long‑term economic direction, support business growth, and attract new investment. I would be honored to continue contributing to this work.
